W. Keith Johnson - Director of Engineering
Mr. Johnson has over 25 years experience in the infrared industry. After receiving his masters degree in electrical engineering, Mr. Johnson performed electronics and software design for Martin Marietta (Orlando, FL); Coleman Research (Orlando, FL), NCR Microelectronics (Fort Collins, CO) and Amber Engineering (Santa Barbara, CA). Mr. Johnson is one of the founders of Lumitron.

Kyle A. Johnson - Director of Operations
Mr. Johnson has over 20 years experience in electronic / product level development with the past 10 years in the infrared industry. Prior to Lumitron, Mr. Johnson performed electronic design, served as lead program engineer, and managed large platform system installations for Naval Surface Weapons Center (Louisville, KY). Mr. Johnson is one of the founders of Lumitron.

Michael Haberle - Director of Software Development
Mr. Haberle received his BSEng from the University of Louisville Speed Scientific School in 1986. He has 19 years of experience in product development, logistics, and life-cycle support. He has been involved in software design, development, and support for the last 14 years. Prior to employment with Lumitron in 1996 he was employed by the Naval Surface Warfare Center as part of the integrated shipboard security systems group.

Mark Young - Director of Product Development, Manufacturing and Test.
Mr. Young graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BSEE (With Distinction) in 1987. He has 7 years experience designing/testing Infrared Cameras and Systems. He was previously employed by Innovative Electronic Designs as an Audio Design Engineer/Research and Development Manager, and at Naval Ordnance Station, Louisville as a Design/Systems Engineer. Mr. Young has been employed by Lumitron since 1998.
